From outpatient recovery to sustainable transformation. #takethewaitoff

We’re delighted to be at this year’s NHS Confed Expo on 15th – 16th June 2022. We will be hosting two sessions with some of our NHS partners to discuss how our technology is transforming patient outcomes by making complex and lengthy outpatient pathways a thing of the past.

We will also be at Stand E30 – come join us and meet the team to find out more about our mission and what we do.

Session 1

Take the wait off: reducing backlog, improving Referral to Treatment (RTT), transforming outpatients

Thursday 16 June 2022, 09:30-10:00 in Main Stage 2 – Exhibition

This session will discuss pathway transformation into a unified pathway and reduced demand overall, with every patient getting a fast review and care

Session 2

Take the wait off: combining physical and virtual care for improved patient outcomes and increased clinical capacity and efficiencies

Thursday 16 June 2022, 13:00-14:30 in Theatre 2 – 1C

An interactive session, where you’ll get the chance to hear from our NHS partners as we share our experience of keeping patients at the centre of pathway transformation for a long-term sustainable model.

Hear from Joe Smyth, Chief Operating Officer at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust, about how the implementation of a system-wide, virtual care platform increased operational efficiencies, created space for patients who required a face-to-face appointment, significantly reduced RTT, and importantly improved GP engagement and quality of their patient referrals and equitable access to care. The Isle of Wight partnership with Medefer was recognised as the winner of the ‘Best Elective Care Recovery Initiative’ in the 2022 HSJ Partnership Awards
