Complaints
Patient feedback is vital to improving our services. If something has gone wrong, we want to hear from you. Every complaint is handled fairly, promptly and with compassion.
Our complaints process follows three clear stages starting with local resolution and, if needed, escalating to our CEO and then the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman. This ensures your voice is heard and acted upon.
